What We Are Looking For

We're looking for our first Customer Success Manager to join our fast growing team. This role is perfect if you have experience in high-end professional services, such as law or consulting, and you're looking for a change.

The right person will have a strong relationship-focused mindset, be willing to grab the significant personal development opportunities on offer and bring a positive can-do mindset to their work. We're a driven team of highly curious people, who are comfortable taking responsibility and driving work streams forward independently. You need to be a fast learner with great attention to detail and organisational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our primary customers include compliance officers, CISOs, and legal teams at large international corporates in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government). You don't need to know much about AI and law before you start, but an ability to learn quickly and grasp the unique selling points of the business is crucial.

Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively anticipate customer issues and challenges before they impact their AI governance programs
  • Guide customers through the complexities of AI governance, helping them navigate regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Continuously refine and improve our customer onboarding processes based on feedback and outcomes
  • Operationalise customer success processes to ensure consistent, scalable delivery across our growing customer base
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organisations, including compliance officers, CISOs, and legal teams
  • Conduct product training sessions and implementation workshops tailored to complex regulatory environments
  • Monitor customer health metrics, usage patterns, and satisfaction scores to identify at-risk accounts
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and engineering teams on AI governance needs
  • Create and maintain customer success playbooks, best practices, and training materials specific to AI compliance challenges

Our Requirements

  • Three to six years experience in a customer success, law firm or consulting role ideally with some AI governance-related experience
  • You will need to quickly learn our product and regulatory landscape to become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • In this role, you will be responsible for owning key customer relationships and driving retention. Therefore you must be a self-starter with a high level of drive, intellectual curiosity and grit
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret usage data and identify customer health trends
  • You must have good familiarity with using AI tools in your daily life
  • You must be a strategic thinker - able to understand customer business objectives and align our platform to their AI governance needs
  • Excellent organisational skills, along with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Incredible attention to detail

Benefits

  • Equity in a rapidly growing startup for the right candidate
  • Work laptop (we use Macbooks)
  • Pension
  • Flexible working hours
  • Regular team lunches
  • Christmas shut down period
