A governance requirement where an AI agent must display exactly what an irreversible operation will do before a human provides final approval.
This is a primary mitigation for ASI09 (Trust Exploitation). By showing a Dry Run or Diff (e.g., This will delete 50 files), the user is forced to step out of the persuasive chat context and evaluate the technical reality of the action.
Real world example:
A finance agent suggests a payment; before execution, it displays a pop-up showing the Action Preview: Pay $5,000 to Account X-123 - preventing a Trust Exploitation fraud.
