What is AI intake and review?
AI intake and review is the process an organization uses to collect proposals for new AI tools and use cases, check them against its policies, and have the right people approve or reject them before they go live. It gives requests one way in and leaves a record of what was decided.
Can AI draft the request for the requester?
Yes. Requesters attach documents or write a few lines, and Enzai’s AI agent drafts the answers, for the whole request or one step at a time. It also reads answers already given on the request’s other forms. Every answer it writes is marked for the requester to check before they submit, and it runs on the AI model your organization connects.
Who can raise a request?
Anyone you give access to can raise a use case request in Enzai, and your governance team can raise one on someone’s behalf. A request can also start from a tool that AI discovery finds, or from an AI assistant through the Enzai MCP server.
Can we use our own forms and steps?
Yes. You shape the questions in Enzai’s form builder, turn steps on or off and choose who approves at each stage. Changes apply to new requests, not to ones already in progress.
How does a request reach the right reviewers?
Each step can have default reviewers, and approval stages run in order: the next stage hears about a request only once the current one has approved it. Approvers can be named people or whole groups, such as your privacy team.
What happens after a request is approved?
It’s already in your AI inventory, added while the request was being filled in, with an approval status that shows the decision. From there, it can be assessed against the frameworks you follow.
Can we show an auditor what was decided?
Yes. A request keeps its answers, the reviewers and approvers at each stage, their decisions and any conditions, with names and dates. You can download it as a report.
